Since the release of her first EP in 2005, Annie has released two full length records, numerous singles, been honored by the Songwriters Hall of Fame as an artist to watch, and was a part of the NYC indie scene before she welcomed a move back to her home & community in Minnesota with it a newfound sense of space to create. Annie has explored several transformational modalities over the years and sound healing had been whispering to her since 2012. When Annie experienced her first sound journey with her now teacher, musician & sound healer Three Trees in 2018 in Sedona, there was a seed of knowing planted that she would go on to deepen her knowledge & commitment to the healing properties of sound & energy.

Annie is a certified SoulMonic Sonic Energy Medicine Practitioner, and has stepped into a practice infusing Reiki into her personalized sessions. Annie facilitates Group Sound Journey sessions the Hewing Hotel, the Yoga Center Retreat, St. Mark’s Cathedral, Honest Yoga, and more magical spaces around the Twin Cities metro area.
