About Utepils Brewing

Utepils Brewing, nestled in North Minneapolis' Harrison neighborhood, is a European-inspired brewery dedicated to
crafting classic yet uniquely distinct beers. Grounded in time-honored brewing practices, we foster a new tradition in
the Twin Cities, uniting friends and families over exceptional beer and good times. We are seeking enthusiastic
individuals to join our Street Team and contribute to the promotion of our brand in the Twin Cities/Metro area.

Position Overview: Street Team Member/Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

● Conduct in-store tastings at various liquor stores, restaurants, and festivals/events.
● Educate potential clients about the Utepils story, brewing process, diverse beer styles, and other outstanding
products.
● Champion the Utepils brand through engaging interactions that leave a lasting impression.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked tasting bin for seamless presentations.
● Interact professionally with store staff, management, fellow vendors, and festival attendees.
● Ensure punctual arrival at each scheduled location, allowing ample time for preparation and execution of
tastings or festival activities.
● Provide tastings and education on extended products, such as Bandwagon Sparkling Water and Gummies.
● Actively participate in taproom events, festivals, and community engagement activities as needed.
● Collaborate closely with Utepils sales representatives, offering valuable feedback on events. Share insights
regarding process improvements, client reactions, and overall product perception.
● Regularly check out necessary materials after receiving a starter kit, including a training manual, bus tub,
bottle opener, drip tray, and various tasting items. Utilize these resources effectively to enhance the quality
of tastings and presentations and follow check-out procedures laid out in the training binder.
● Receive event briefs detailing specific needs for each event, including location, timing, and the sales rep
hosting the event. Communicate questions, concerns, and schedule changes in a timely manner.
Requirements:
● Exceptional positive interaction skills with clients.
● Comprehensive knowledge of craft beer styles, the industry, and the brewing process.
● Must be 21 years old or older.
● Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
● Self-starter with access to own vehicle who is willing to travel within 30 minutes of the brewery.
○ Must be willing to travel or live in these locations - St. Paul, SW Metro, NW Metro, East Side
● Availability for night and weekend events.
● Commitment to working at least 2 events per month, unless prior approval is granted and based on needs of
the business.
