Therapy on Tap makes it easier by creating a relaxed, welcoming space where you can meet individual, couple, and family therapists in person—no pressure, no appointments needed. Whether you’re actively looking for support or just curious about what’s available, this event is for you.
Hosted by As You Are Therapy, Therapy on Tap is all about bringing mental health care into our communities and improving access for everyone.
All are welcome—stop by, grab a drink, and explore your options for mental health support in a comfortable setting.

Our most popular trail running event of the season, the Utepils Brewing Trail Loppet on Sunday is a day of rugged, urban trail running in Minneapolis’s largest regional park. The Half Marathon, 10K and 5K races in Theodore Wirth Park are the ultimate urban trail running experience, and all participants will be greeted after the race with music and a free Utepils drink. All Sunday race courses will start at the Trailhead and finish at Utepils Brewing!
Utepils Brewing Trail Loppet weekend starts with Loppet Field Day! Loppet Field Day on Saturday is a fun-filled day at the Trailhead in Theo Wirth Park of both competitive and non-competitive events for kids of all abilities and interests. The day will start with an untimed 1 mile and 0.5 mile trail run, before concluding with a variety of fun “trail and field” games and challenges. Great for your little adventures of all ages!

Project Sweetie Pie is a staunch and passionate advocate for social change. A progressive non-profit it continues to lead the way in the “Green Movement.” Since 2010 it has been a thought leader, the Johnny Appleseed of urban farming or local food production and has been the town crier, a vibrant singular voice advancing the need for increased public awareness, direct action centered on global warming or climate change on every available front in north Minneapolis and beyond.
Working with neighborhood residents, large and small non-profits, university scholars, faculty, and staff, member of the faith community, friends and neighbors it has challenged the status quo’s methods, protocols, the political and civic powers that be’s conventional wisdom that has left communities of color dead on arrival, disheveled and disenfranchised.
This event is part of Live at Utepils, an outdoor concert series presented in partnership with Sue McLean & Associates.
Live at Utepils (pronounced “OOH-ta-pilz”) takes place in the parking lot of Utepils Brewing, a full scale European-style craft brewery and taproom, nestled on the banks of Bassett Creek between the Harrison & Bryn Mawr neighborhoods of Minneapolis.
BoDeans have defined the sound of Midwestern rock for nearly four decades with their signature blend of heartland roots, engaging lyrics, and anthemic energy. Known for standout songs like “Only Love,” “Good Things,” and “Closer to Free” (the iconic Party of Five theme), the band continues to deliver high-energy performances filled with fan favorites and fresh material.
